Ever since getting into coffee roasting, our roaster has been an all time favorite of African coffee's.  This specific coffee type was one of his first specialty favorite and still enjoying it season after season. Natural processed coffee are hand picked and dried on  raised beds in the sun for three weeks. This process of sorting the under-ripe cherry is continued by skillful workers.

Preferred Brew Method: This great flavorful coffee will do well in all Brew Methods. If you want to really bring out its bright fruit side, I would recommend trying it on POUR OVER.
